The Divide is short and it means business: a first- and second-gear climb straight up the face of the Wasatch out of North Ogden, over the 6,200-foot pass, and down into the pastoral calm of Liberty and Eden. It's the espresso shot of home-turf rides — tight, steep, done in half an hour — and the fastest way to make Ogden Valley loops out of an evening. The pass parking lot is also a trailhead for the ridge, so the crossover crowd can stare meaningfully at the dirt options while eating a gas-station sandwich. We've all done it.
